Erratum!

Oops. Apologies, sleep deprived and low blood sugar-ed Daddy got one of Aimie's names wrong!

Her middle names should be Flora Grace, not Fiona. Incidentally both names mean the same - "Flower", but Flora was Aimie's maternal Great Grandmother who went home to be with The Lord thirteen months ago, and Fiona is the name of Aimie's maternal Grandmother who is very much with us, and has been most of today (thanks Fi!).

As for the rest of her names, Aimie is an Anglicization from the French, Aimée, meaning beloved, and Grace of course, a reminder of God's grace to us as a family. Aimie was Hannah's idea (let that go on record). Sam wanted Edie (as in Edie Macredie on Balamorey), but she did not look like an Edie or an Edith, but she did look like an Aimie. Don't ask why, she just does.

I am now going to make sure baby and mother get some sleep after lunch and that Hannah and Samuel have plenty to keep them busy (thanks Cara for taking them out to Fundrum this morning)
